Para-Medical Skin Care Technician Diploma

This “hands on” Para-Medical Skin Care Technician Diploma course will train you to become skilled with the practical aspects of performing medical grade facial treatment. You will be provided with a variety of treatment plans for the different types of skin and conditions with a focus on facial massage techniques for relaxation and detoxification. This diploma course will educate you about skin care products and the importance of skin maintenance.

The Para-Medical Skin Care Technician Diploma program is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge of both traditional and advanced medical grade skin care treatments. This diploma program also emphasizes in-depth practical application, sanitization, and sterilization practices according to the Ministry of Health, while focusing on professionalism in the workplace. This diploma program will provide students with the necessary knowledge to pursue a career in Medical Spa/clinic or work as a laser technician and opening their own business.

Course Outline

Clinical Skincare Therapy

The clinical skin care Facial therapy teach student how to diagnose any skin types and skin conditions and prepare a treatment plan according to the skin concerns.

Microdermabrasion

This module teach students the microdermabrasion exfoliation treatment with the latest non – invasive technology.

Aquapure Hydrafacial

This module teach students theory and practical application of Hydra-dermabrasion creating a treatment plan based on individual skin type.

Non-Surgical Face-Lift

This module teaches students non surgical face lift using RF and microcurrent along with anti aging skin therapy.

Laser Technician

This module will teach students how to treat skin concerns such as pigmentation and acne scars with laser treatment along with Skin rejuvenation & Laser hair removal with Soprano ICE.

Medical Grade Chemical Peel

This module teach students the medical grade peel to address various skin concern such as sun damage, acne, pigmentation and aging.

Light Theraphy

This module teaches students to address various skin concern and rejuvenate the skin using light therapy.

Body Contouring & Slimming

This module teaches students, cellulite, fat reduction, wood therapy and cavitation to firm the skin.

Customer Service & Business Skill

This module teaches students to build customer service skills and documentation for each service to build business skills to build their own spa.
